Course Description

This course is designed, but not limited to, as a capstone for the Certificate of Project Management.  In this 3-day workshop students review and reinforce concepts learned in previous project management courses and then apply those concepts and gain experience by putting their knowledge into practice simulating the management of a real-world project.
