Course Description
Short Course | 12 hours | 1.2 CEUs | $850
Teams are critical to organizational success, yet not every team leader or team member has been trained how to do more than simply “manage” or “do their job”. Even the most skilled team members – acting independently – will not guarantee success. Team cohesion leverages the strongest aspects of every team member, while minimizing the impact of individual weaknesses. The high-performance team will demonstrate strong communication skills, maximize team talents, and engage in constructive conflict to produce amazing results. This course surpasses the “theoretical” and provides tangible – and immediately applicable – methods to creating a high-performance team. It’s designed for team leaders and team members alike and focuses on complete team development from all aspects. Participants will engage in highly-interactive exercises and demonstrative role plays. Special attention will be given to working successfully with your manager and how to motivate a team.
