Colonel Brandon H. Pearce

Chief Information Security Officer - National Geospatial Intelligence Agency
GEOINT Mission Manager for Cyber

Colonel Brandon H. Pearce serves as the Chief Information Security Officer and Director of Cyber Security at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Col Pearce directs over 50 military, government civilians and contractors safeguarding information and information systems from threats while supporting the Agency's need to conduct secure and effective operations, and is the Authorizing Official for Agency information systems. He and his team publish and enforce cyber security strategy, standards, policies and procedures that comply with law, policy and Agency agreements. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) delivers world-class geospatial intelligence that provides a decisive advantage to warfighters, policymakers, intelligence professionals and first responders.

Colonel Pearce entered active duty in the Air Force in March 1987, and was commissioned through the Air Force Academy in June 1993. Colonel Pearce has served in a variety of leadership positions in the joint arena and at multiple levels of the Air Force, both in garrison and deployed operations including Bosnia, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Colonel Pearce's squadron command was at the 91st Network Warfare Squadron, directly supporting operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and the Global War on Terror. Prior to his posting to NGA, Colonel Pearce served as the Chief of Current Intelligence, United States Cyber Command.

 

Aaron Dellamano

Senior Security Engineer, SpearTip
Talk Title: RFID Hacking Your Way to the DarkNet

Aaron has nine years experience in information security in both government and corporate sectors. He served in the U.S. Army as a Signals Intelligence Analyst supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), and culminated his military career providing direct support to the National Security Agency (NSA) where he worked as a computer network exploitation (CNE) analyst.  Aaron has trained members of the U.S. Cyber Command on advanced persistent threat (APT) capabilities, instructed web application penetration testing to software developers, and trained fellow information security personnel on the security maintenance of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) networks and industrial control systems (ICS). Aaron is focused on the identification, confirmation, and mitigation of internal and external threats to SpearTip’s clients.

 

Chris Konrad

Chris Konrad is the cybersecurity engagement manager at WWT. Chris brings more than 20 years of experience in IT, security, privacy, information risk management, vendor management and regulatory compliance. As the WWT cybersecurity engagement manager, he provides leadership for the WWT global cybersecurity practice and works closely with the global business development, sales and professional services stakeholders to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for cybersecurity.

 

 

Christopher Mark

Chris Mark is an internationally recognized security expert who speaks extensively on security, risk, and threats.  Chris has worked in Maritime Security, Information Security and Physical Security for over 20 years and is a US Marine Combat veteran.  He is a doctoral candidate in CyberSecurity and has published scores of articles in various periodicals to include SC Magazine, The Counter Terrorist, National Review, Transaction World, PenTester Magazine and more.  He is a frequently sought speaker and has spoken at over 100 events in dozens of countries and has been interviewed on FoxNews, CNN, NPR and NBC.

 
 

Vinny Troia

Vincenzo “Vinny” Troia breaks into businesses for a living — and he loves his job. While that may be alarming to hear, Troia’s work as a computer and IT Security Expert and Certified Ethical Hacker with Night Lion Security is always authorized and performed in a controlled manner. Night Lion Security’s founder and Principal, Vinny Troia, has 15 years of IT security and software development experience, the past 7 of which have been spent working on Federal and Department of Defense projects. He has a Masters degree in Information Assurance and Security from Western Governor’s University and is both a Certified Ethical Hacker and a Certified Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator. Troia is an expert in website and network security and digital forensics investigations and is currently pursuing a PhD in Information Security from Capella University.
