Drawing on 23 successful years in the aerospace industry managing manufacturing transitions and IT projects, Lenet leverages examples from her real world experience to facilitate learning and growth for her students and clients at the Saint Louis University Workforce Center. 

Workforce Center students enjoy Lenet's organized touch and attention to detail. She is able to set an agenda and pace for her classes that promote learning and comprehending all of the materials.  In addition to her professional certifications, Lenet is Six Sigma Green Belt and Design for Six-Sigma (IT) certified. She is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis and Project Management Institute member.
