Our courses are dynamic and highly interactive. Class participants will start by organizing into Scrum teams. You’ll take part in a variety of games and exercises, that will allow you to experience the Scrum Master role first-hand. With the help of your instructors, you and your team will create a product backlog, prioritize it, and manage a burndown chart.
You’ll leave the class knowing how Scrum can accelerate any project. This training is for all levels of Scrum experience. There are no prerequisites.

Our Registered Product Owner(RPO) training was developed by the co-creator of Scrum, Dr. Jeff Sutherland. Becoming a Registered Product Owner will prepare you for the next step in your career or help you excel in your current role. Our experienced trainers have practical knowledge from their own work in Agile transformations that they bring to the forefront of the classroom. Our course includes industry-specific case studies that highlight effective product ownership in different contexts, highly interactive exercises to make learning stick, and a team dedicated to your seamless learning experience before, during, and after the course.
In this course, you will learn how to assess business value, prioritize features, projects, and portfolios, as well as return real revenue with the product backlog.
Suggested PrerequisiteScrum Master training, Scrum Startup for Teams, or prior knowledge of Scrum is extremely helpful.

Recommended Experience: A Scrum Master Course or comparable real world experience implementing Scrum. Completion of a Product Owner course is encouraged but not required. We recommend reading the official Scrum@Scale Guide prior to the class.
