Learner Outcomes
After completing this bootcamp, you will be able to:
- Lead and govern enterprise information security programs aligned with business objectives.

- Prepare with confidence for the ISACA CISM® certification exam.
CISM® Course Kit

- Six months to schedule and complete the certification exam after voucher redemption
Exam Details
- Exam Length: 150 questions
- Exam Time: 240 minutes (4 hours)
- Continuing Professional Education: 120 CPE hours every 3-year reporting cycle and at least 20 hours annually
We encourage all students to email their official exam results to info@workforcecenter.slu.edu so we can verify and record their pass/fail status in their student portal.
Certification Requirements
- Pass the CISM exam.
- Apply for certification within 5 years of passing the exam.
- Verify at least 5 years of information security management experience, including experience in 3 of the 4 CISM job practice domains. Experience must have been earned within the 10 years preceding the application.
- Submit independent verification of work experience from a supervisor, manager, colleague, or client (family members and HR representatives are not eligible verifiers).
