This course is designed for students preparing for the OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Model User (Level 1) certification exam and the OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Model Builder: Fundamental (Level 2) certification exam. The majority of the class is an intensive SysML Bootcamp, followed by Sample Test Question Review.

Objectives – SysML Bootcamp: OCSMP Accelerator™ SysML Training Course (eleven 3-hour sessions)

• SysML proficiency to create effective systems models as members of a model-based systems engineering (MBSE) team
• Candidates are prepared for the following certification exams:
  • OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Model User (Level 1) 
  • OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Model Builder: Fundamental (Level 2)

Objectives – Sample Test Question Review: OCSMP Accelerator™ Sample Test (one 3-hour session)

• Assessed a candidate’s readiness in preparation for the following certification exams:
  • OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Model User (Level 1)
  • OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Model Builder: Fundamental (Level 2)
• Further prepared candidates for the above-mentioned certification exams with exam overview, test taking strategies, discussion of sample test solutions, and review of alternative formulations of exam questions/li>

The course fee does not include the cost of the OCSMP certification exam. Each participant who wishes to pursue this certification after the course ends must individually schedule and pay for the exam via the Pearson Vue website. The instructor will provide information on how to register for the exam on the last day of the course.
