Course Description
Project Management is the use of principles, techniques and tools to execute projects effectively and efficiently. For most organizations it is a necessary competency, which allows them to reach business goals via project deliverables. In this certificate students learn the theory and application of the Process Groups and core Project Management Knowledge areas. The certificate courses use the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) as a framework for each of the classes, although theory and application are studied.
These courses are Professional Development Unit (PDU) eligible.
