Artificial intelligence introduces new opportunities as well as new attack paths, data exposures and governance challenges. The Advanced in AI Security Management™ course prepares security leaders to govern and protect enterprise AI solutions while enabling responsible adoption. Students learn to integrate AI-specific security requirements into established security programs, risk practices, architecture, operations, vendor oversight and incident response.

Aligned with the ISACA AAISM exam domains, this instructor-led course covers AI governance and program management, AI risk management, and AI technologies and controls. Through practical scenarios, discussions and exam-preparation activities, students learn to advise stakeholders, secure the AI life cycle, select appropriate controls and manage the evolving threat landscape surrounding AI systems.

About the Test:

• 90-question computer-based certification exam.
• Covers AI Governance and Program Management, AI Risk Management, and AI Technologies and Controls.
• Administered through ISACA's authorized testing provider at approved testing centers or by remote proctoring where permitted.
• The exam registration is valid for a six-month eligibility period.

Requirements for Certification Exam Testing:

Exam and certification requirements are separate from the prerequisites for attending this course. To earn the certification, candidates must:

• Hold an active CISM® or CISSP® certification before registering for the AAISM exam.
• Register and pay for the AAISM exam through ISACA.
• Schedule and pass the exam within the six-month eligibility period.
• Maintain the active CISM or CISSP credential while applying for and holding the AAISM certification.
• Submit the AAISM certification application and US$50 application fee within five years of passing the exam.
• Agree to ISACA's Code of Professional Ethics and complete the required specialized AI continuing education after certification.
