The Advanced in AI Audit™ course prepares experienced audit and advisory professionals to evaluate the governance, design, development, operation and oversight of AI solutions. Students examine AI-specific risks, controls and regulatory considerations while learning how to adapt established audit practices to rapidly evolving technologies.

Aligned with the ISACA AAIA exam domains, this instructor-led course combines concepts, practical examples, case discussions and exam preparation. About the Test:

• 90-question computer-based certification exam.
• Covers AI Governance and Risk, AI Operations, and AI Auditing Tools and Techniques.
• Administered through ISACA's authorized testing provider at approved testing centers or by remote proctoring where permitted.
• The exam registration is valid for a six-month eligibility period.

Requirements for Certification Exam Testing:

Exam and certification requirements are separate from the prerequisites for attending this course. To earn the certification, candidates must:

• Hold an active CISA® certification or another qualified advanced-auditing designation accepted by ISACA. Recognized alternatives include CIA and designated CPA/accountancy credentials when held in an IT audit or IT advisory role.
• Register and pay for the AAIA exam through ISACA.
• Schedule and pass the exam within the six-month eligibility period.
• Maintain the qualifying credential while applying for and holding the AAIA certification.
• Submit the AAIA certification application and US$50 application fee within five years of passing the exam.
• Agree to ISACA's Code of Professional Ethics and meet applicable continuing education requirements.
