BPMN is the industry standard for business process modeling, from simple documentation to analysis or executable implementation. It provides a graphical notation for specifying business processes in a Business Process Diagram (BPD). The objective of BPMN is to support business process management for both technical users and business users by providing a standard notation that is understandable to business users yet able to represent complex process semantics thus bridge the communication gap that occurs between business process design and implementation. This course covers BPMN Level 1 and Level 2 shapes and symbols, the BPMN methodology or how to properly structure your BPMN diagrams, and BPMN style, including BPMN style rule validation.
