Delivering projects within the scope, time and cost baselines are critical issues for project success. They learn how to establish the performance measurement baseline (PMB) and gain proficiency in the tools and techniques used to compare actual work accomplished against established plans regardless of the development life cycle.

PMM350 is the third course in the Project Management Professional Certificate. To complete the certificate students will also enroll in PMM100PMM250, & PMM800. Click on each course link for more details and to add to cart.
