Creating organizational change can be a difficult, complex and expensive endeavor. Leaders often face the challenging position of implementing changes in an efficient and prompt manner while maintaining a controlled and minimally-impacted infrastructure. Identifying the territory and emotional factors that influence change is an important component that is often overlooked. This course will guide you through the important factors that create effective, sustainable change. We will explore barriers to change initiatives - specific to information technology and business environments. This course will expand on your existing leadership skills and arm you with the tools needed to lead effective, sustainable change throughout your organization.
