Course Description
In this course students explore the most common design patterns and how to use design patterns to develop solid, robust and reusable software development applications. All three categories of patterns are reviewed, structural, creational, and behavioral, including a discussion on the appropriateness of adoption and sample implementations. OO programming concepts are also reviewed. Topics include Object Design Review, Catalog of Design Patterns, Link Management, Domain Model Implementation, Object Construction I, Object Construction II, Structural Patterns, Creational Patterns, and Behavioral Patterns.Course Outline
