DEV510 - Introduction to DevSecOps

  • Introduction to DevSecOps is designed for those that want to understand, apply and improve their DevSecOps skills. It addresses both the business of DevOps and the ability DevOps has to enable the business and support an organizational transformation as well as the need for DevSecOps pipelines. In this course students learn the major components in a DevOps (or DevSecOps) pipeline, security’s role in DevOps, as well as DevSecOps processes, tools, and techniques. Students learn how DevSecOps security practices differ from other security approaches and how security is woven into a DevOps pipeline. Integration of security programs into DevOps practices are also discussed. Other topics include CSA, SAST, DAST, and Security as Code.

DEV520 - Building a Full CI/CD Pipeline

18 Hours | 1.8 CEUs | $2,295

  • This course will provide hands-on experience building out a CI/CD pipeline from start to finish. It begins with source control management and ends with a fully-orchestrated pipeline using Jenkins. 
  • This DevOps CI/CD Pipeline training teaches attendees Git topics from the ground up, allowing students to securely push code to a remote Git repository. Next, attendees learn how to configure servers using a Configuration Management tool from code stored in Git. Finally, they integrate Git and Configuration Management with a CI/CD tool to build, test, and deploy your code into Test, Staging, and Production environments, creating an automated end-to-end DevOps pipeline. 
  • In this course students gain hands-on experience with Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins. Prerequisites Proficiency with the Linux CLI and experience.
